Our spacious high-end vacation rental is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This inviting retreat features 3 bedrooms, a bunk nook with trundle, a daybed and 3 bathrooms to accommodate everyone in your group. Enjoy the use of a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a comfortable living area for relaxation, a large media room for entertaining, a screened-in sunroom and sprawling outdoor areas complete with a Pit Boss Pellet Grill, a Solo fire pit, and an artisan pizza oven all with incredible views. Activities Offered: Private dock for your boat of up to 25ft. Enjoy fishing and water sports on the Columbia River. Pickleball Court and equipment Indoor Ping Pong Table Corn Hole Boards and bags Basketball hoop and ball Bocci Ball set Or just relax and watch the river flow by! Welcome to the Sweet Spot River House in Brewster, WA! Perched above the Columbia River and nestled in the beautiful apple orchards, you will find yourself worlds away from crowds yet only a short drive to Lake Chelan, Gamble Sands Golf Course, Lone Point Winery, Alta Lake and more with easy access to both the Methow and Okanagan Valleys. Bring your boat to explore the wide Columbia. If you head downriver to the “Brewster Pool” (the confluence of the Columbia and Okanogan Rivers) during salmon season you might be in the company of other boats but it’s likely on your trip there from the Sweet Spot’s dock you will have the wide open water to yourself. Brewster is a quaint and quiet farming town with acres and acres of mostly Apples and Cherries Orchards. You will find our property surrounded by these active and working Apple and Cherry Orchards. You may see and hear related orchard activity, including picking and spraying, during your stay.
